Few days are left for Nokia N900 to get Firefox, the prominent web browser from the house of Mozilla. Its mobile version version is effective and users can browse faster with the introduced features.
The new mobile web browser is named as Fennec and as reported by Jonathan Fildes, the head of the Firefox project, the users of the Nokia N900 will be the first to explore it. It will also be available for other handsets but their users have to wait for sometime. It is also revealed that currently this efficacious browser is passing through the final testing and users of the Nokia N900 will have it by the end of this year.
Further developments are going on for versions to be utilized on Google’s Android and Microsoft Windows Mobile operating system. Apple is very stringent when it comes to allowing other browsers and as informed, the iPhone users will use this innovative OS a little later.
It took one and a half years for Mozilla to develop this new software and it is enhanced with exciting features of the desktop version. The Nokia N900 is integrated with the famous Skype and GoogleTalk VoIP and its owners can scribble more swiftly after Fennec is actually installed.
